Made the way Mom would: vermicelli tossed in sauteed garlic, (lots of it) , fish sauce, toasted ‘kasubha’, chicken strips, finely sliced haricot beans, chiken broth. I added shitake mushrooms instead of ‘tenga ng daga’ (black mushrooms) and boiled eggs for garnish.
