Dinuguan – star of the night

That’s what I feel that I want to share with the world when there’s ‘Dinuguan’ in the house! The star of the night: pork/beef stewed in pork/beef blood, green onions, onions, garlic, vinegar, ‘calamansi’ (Philippine lime) and hot green pepper. perfect as main dish with rice, or as snack with rice cake, or as beer food! 😉
